Niall Horan has confirmed a One Direction reunion is officially on the cards, saying they ‘would be silly not to’.
Well, YEAH!
Despite many of the band members forming successful solo careers, with 23-year-old Niall releasing his debut single The Town back in September, we now have the first details alluding to a One Direction comeback.
Speaking to The Sunday People about the question we all want answered, Niall said: ‘We will be back. We would be silly not to. Ridiculous.’
But when Niall? WHEN?
‘At the moment we are all doing our own thing,’ he added.
‘Harry wanted to do his movie and everyone is just chilling. I don’t think anyone needs to worry about us, we are fine.’
Ah. So not any time soon then?
Time. Place. Universe. These are the details we need, Niall!
It’s certainly nice to hear some details though, following Louis Walsh’s troubling outlandish claim they wouldn’t be back for another ten years.
Niall is the first to address comeback plans too, with the band simply dropping a series of irritating hints, so at least we can cling to Niall’s sweet words as the weeks roll by.
The band have been on hiatus since February this year, with rumours previously running rampant it could become a permanent split.
Since their hiatus, Harry Styles has jumped into acting and is set to star in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming World War 2 epic Dunkirk, with a recent trailer showing his acting chops.
