One Direction is an all British Band. The members of the group are Zayn,Liam,Harry,Louis,and Niall. this band started out at the X-Factor inEngland. they all tried out for the solo artist but couldnt make. sothen Simon Cowell said they could be in the group to qualify for thegroup catagory or they all go home. All the guys decided to be in the group.They made the finals in 3rd place. simon thought that One Direction couldmake it big. Simon then signed them. They then came out with an album in2011 in the UK called Up All Night, being the number two album in UK. laterthen came out in a show called Icarly in the U.S. eventually they releasetheir album in the u.s also being numer one in the U.S. Their hit singles are "What Makes You Beautiful, One thing, and Gotta Be You."
